Consultation fee: A consultation fee of $100 is charged for each appointment and is non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you choose to proceed with an eligible treatment at our clinic, one consultation fee per patient may be applied as a credit toward the treatment fee. Consultation fees cannot be combined, transferred, refunded, or applied toward retail skincare products.

Cancellation policy: Consultation fees are non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full consultation fee.
